  • To qualify for this position, candidates must possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in the fields of tourism, business, or other related disciplines. Additionally, fluency in at least one foreign language is essential, with English being a requirement. Applicants should also have travel experience to at least ten different countries within the past five years.

As a valued member of our community, you will embark on a comprehensive training process, onboarding experience, and engage in meaningful project work alongside your dedicated mentor.

Income and Career Opportunities

  • Voyagenix Curators receive the majority of the commissions on their projects, while Voyagenix retains a small portion of these funds as the hosting agency. In addition to this, Curators also earn service-based payments specifically for their various projects and have the opportunity to generate additional income through strategic brand collaborations. Furthermore, an additional budget is allocated to cover travel and research expenses, enhancing the overall scope of their work.

  • Career progression in curation typically starts with the Junior Curator role, requiring 0 to 2 years of experience. After 2 to 4 years, one may advance to Curator. With 4 to 6 years, a Senior Curator position is attainable. After 6 or more years, individuals can become Lead Curator. Ultimately, dedicated curators may aspire to the Regional Curator Director role, overseeing larger projects in their field.
